About
North She Surf Club is a community established in 2021 to support and empower women surfers of the North Sea. It’s a place where women can connect, share experiences, and celebrate their passion for surfing.

Project Briefing
The goal of this project was to create a t-shirt design that embodies the unique culture of female surfers in the Netherlands. The design needed to be both visually appealing and deeply resonant with the community, reflecting the ethos of “women supporting women” that is central to North She Surf Club.

T-shirt Design
I created an illustration that embodies the feminine Dutch surf culture, drawing from my own experiences as a female surfer. The design, made by women for women, started as a paper sketch and was transformed into a screenprint-ready artwork. This t-shirt not only reflects the spirit of the community but also fosters a sense of belonging among its members.
